Early Life and Career:
Belaïli was born on March 14, 1992, in Oran, Algeria. He began his professional career with MC Oran in 2010, making 35 appearances and scoring 8 goals for the club. In 2012, he moved to Tunisia to join Espérance Sportive de Tunis, where he won the Tunisian Ligue Professionnelle 1 and the CAF Champions League in 2013.
European Clubs:
In 2014, Belaïli made the move to Europe, joining French club Angers SCO. He spent two seasons with Angers, making 60 appearances and scoring 10 goals. In 2016, he joined Belgian club Standard Liège, where he won the Belgian Cup in 2018.
Return to Africa and Asia:
