Hugo Lloris
Hugo Lloris (born 26 December 1986) is a French professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper and captains both Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur and the France national team. Widely considered to be one of the greatest goalkeepers of his generation, Lloris has been praised for his shot-stopping abilities, distribution, leadership and consistency.
Lloris began his career at Nice, where he made his professional debut in 2005. He quickly established himself as one of the most promising young goalkeepers in Europe, and in 2008 he joined Lyon for a fee of €12 million.
