Wael Kfoury

Wael Kfoury (born September 14, 1974) is a Lebanese singer. He is one of the most popular singers in the Arab world. He has released 10 studio albums and has won numerous awards, including the Murex D'or Award for Best Male Singer four times.

Kfoury was born in Zahle, Lebanon. He began singing at a young age and won several local singing competitions. In 1992, he released his debut album, "Khalini Shoofak", which was a commercial success. He followed up with a string of successful albums, including "Habibi Inta" (1993), "Ya Layali" (1994), and "Albi Ya Albi" (1995).

In 1996, Kfoury represented Lebanon at the Eurovision Song Contest. He performed the song "Layla", which finished in 23rd place. Despite his poor showing at Eurovision, Kfoury's popularity continued to grow throughout the Arab world.

In 1998, Kfoury released his album "Wael 2000". The album was a huge success and spawned several hit singles, including "Ana Maghram", "Albi Ya Albi", and "Shou Hal Leil". The album also won Kfoury the Murex D'or Award for Best Male Singer.
