Mario Mandžukić
Mario Mandžukić (born 21 May 1986) is a Croatian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Italian club Milan and the Croatia national team.
Mandžukić began his professional career in 2004 with NK Marsonia, before moving to NK Zagreb in 2005. He then spent two seasons with Dinamo Zagreb, where he won the Croatian First Football League and Croatian Cup in 2008. In 2010, he joined German club VfL Wolfsburg, where he won the Bundesliga in 2009 and the DFB-Pokal in 2015. In 2014, he moved to Spanish club Atlético Madrid, where he won the La Liga in 2014 and the UEFA Champions League in 2016. In 2015, he joined Italian club Juventus, where he won four Serie A titles in a row from 2016 to 2019, as well as three Coppa Italia titles in 2016, 2017, and 2018 and Supercoppa Italiana titles in 2018 and 2020.
Mandžukić has also been a member of the Croatia national team since 2007, and has represented his country at two FIFA World Cups in 2014 and 2018, and three UEFA European Championships in 2012, 2016, and 2020. He was part of the Croatian team that finished as runners-up at the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
Mandžukić is known for his physical strength, heading ability, and goalscoring prowess. He has been described as a "complete striker" and a "target man". He has also been praised for his work ethic and leadership qualities.
