Nash Edgerton

Nash Edgerton (born 1973) is an Australian actor, writer, film director, film editor, and stunt performer. He is the son of action film director George Miller.

Edgerton began his career as a stuntman in the early 1990s, working on films such as Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome (1985), The Quick and the Dead (1995), and The Matrix (1999). He made his acting debut in the 1994 film The Sum of Us, and has since appeared in films such as Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones (2002), Superman Returns (2006), and The Great Gatsby (2013).

Edgerton has also directed several short films and music videos, including the 2003 film The Square, which won the Academy Award for Best Live Action Short Film. He made his feature film directorial debut with the 2008 film The Square, and has since directed the films Animal Kingdom (2010), The Gift (2015), and Gringo (2018).

Edgerton is known for his action-packed films, which often feature stylized violence and complex characters. He has been praised for his skill as a director and his ability to create suspenseful and entertaining films.

Personal life

Edgerton is married to Carla Jung, with whom he has two children. He is the brother of actor Joel Edgerton.
