Valencia won two Premier League titles, an FA Cup, a UEFA Europa League title, and two EFL Cups during his time at United. He also won the Ecuadorian Footballer of the Year award twice and the Sir Matt Busby Player of the Year award once.
Valencia retired from international football in 2019 after making 99 appearances for Ecuador. He represented his country at three FIFA World Cups and four Copa América tournaments.
