Biography
David Wenham is an Australian actor. He has appeared in many films and television series, including Lord of the Rings trilogy, 300, Van Helsing, The Proposition, The Boys and Iron Fist.
Wenham was born in Marrickville, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. He began his acting career in the early 1990s, appearing in small roles in films and television series. His breakthrough role came in 1993, when he starred in the film Bad Boy Bubby.
Wenham has since gone on to star in many critically acclaimed films, including The Proposition (2005), 300 (2006) and Lord of the Rings trilogy (2001–2003). He has also appeared in several television series, including The Boys (2019) and Iron Fist (2017).
