Andy Murray is a Scottish professional tennis player. He is a three-time Grand Slam singles champion, having won the US Open in 2012 and Wimbledon in 2013 and 2016. He is also a two-time Olympic singles gold medalist, having won the gold medal at the 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics. Murray is the first British man to win a Grand Slam singles title since Fred Perry in 1936, and the first British man to win Wimbledon since Perry in 1936.
