Biography:
Dadju is a French singer, songwriter, and rapper. He is the younger brother of rapper Gims. Dadju began his career in 2012 as a member of the rap group The Shin Sekaï. The group released two albums, "The Shin Sekaï" (2012) and "The Shin Sekaï Vol. 2" (2015), before disbanding in 2016.
In 2017, Dadju released his debut solo album, "Gentleman 2.0". The album was a commercial success, reaching number one on the French Albums Chart and being certified platinum by the Syndicat National de l'Édition Phonographique (SNEP). The album's lead single, "Reine", reached number two on the French Singles Chart and was certified diamond by the SNEP.
Dadju's second solo album, "Poison ou Antidote", was released in 2019. The album was also a commercial success, reaching number one on the French Albums Chart and being certified platinum by the SNEP. The album's lead single, "Compliqué", reached number one on the French Singles Chart and was certified diamond by the SNEP.
Dadju has won numerous awards, including two NRJ Music Awards, a Victoire de la Musique, and a BET Award. He has also been nominated for a Grammy Award.
