Personal Life

Justin Thomas was born on April 29, 1993, in Louisville, Kentucky. He is the son of Mike Thomas, a PGA professional, and Jani Thomas. Justin has one older brother, Ryan, who is also a professional golfer.

Thomas attended St. Xavier High School in Louisville, where he was a standout golfer. He was named Kentucky's Mr. Golf in 2011 and was a two-time Rolex Junior All-American.

Thomas enrolled at the University of Alabama in 2011. He played on the Crimson Tide golf team for two years before turning professional in 2013.

Thomas is engaged to Jillian Wisniewski, a former cheerleader for the University of Kentucky. The couple got engaged in December 2021.

Professional Career

Thomas turned professional in 2013 and quickly established himself as one of the top young golfers in the world. He won his first PGA Tour event in 2015 at the CIMB Classic. He went on to win five more events in 2016, including the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational and the PGA Championship.

Thomas continued to be a consistent winner in 2017, winning four times on the PGA Tour, including the FedEx Cup. He also won the European Tour's BMW PGA Championship that year.

In 2018, Thomas won three times on the PGA Tour, including the Tournament of Champions. He also represented the United States at the Ryder Cup, where he went 3-1-1 in his matches.

Thomas has continued to be a top player in recent years, winning multiple times on both the PGA Tour and the European Tour. He is currently ranked fourth in the world.
