Melissa George

Melissa Suzanne George (born 6 August 1976) is an Australian actress, producer, and former model. George began her career as a child actress in the Australian television series Home and Away (1993–1996). After moving to the United States, she appeared in the television series Charmed (2003–2004), Alias (2005), Grey's Anatomy (2008–2009), and The Good Wife (2010–2011).

George has also starred in a number of films, including Dark City (1998), Mulholland Drive (2001), Down with Love (2003), Wicker Park (2004), The Amityville Horror (2005), 30 Days of Night (2007), Triangle (2009), and The Butterfly Effect 3: Revelations (2009).

In addition to her acting career, George has also produced a number of films, including The Kid (2015) and The Butterfly Tree (2017).

Early life and career:

Melissa Suzanne George was born on 6 August 1976 in Perth, Western Australia, the daughter of Pamela, a nurse, and Glenn George, a construction worker. She has a younger sister, Katherine.

George began her career as a child actress in the Australian television series Home and Away (1993–1996). She played the role of Angel Parrish, a teenage schoolgirl who is involved in a number of dramatic storylines, including a love triangle and a pregnancy.

After leaving Home and Away, George moved to the United States to pursue her acting career. She appeared in a number of television shows, including Charmed (2003–2004), Alias (2005), Grey's Anatomy (2008–2009), and The Good Wife (2010–2011).

Personal life:

George has been married twice. Her first marriage was to Claudio Dabed, a Chilean film producer, from 2000 to 2002. Her second marriage was to Jean-David Blanc, a French businessman, from 2011 to 2016.

George has two children, a son named Raphael (born 2014) and a daughter named Solal (born 2016).
