Aseel Omran

Aseel Omran (Arabic: أصيل عمران‎; born November 12, 1989) is a Saudi Arabian singer, songwriter and television presenter. She rose to fame in 2007 after winning the first season of the reality television show Gulf Star, a pan-Arab talent show.

Omran was born in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. She began singing at a young age, and she was encouraged by her family to pursue a career in music. In 2007, she auditioned for the first season of Gulf Star, and she was selected as one of the 12 finalists. Omran quickly became a fan favorite, and she won the competition in December 2007.
