Early life and career:
- Begović was born in Trebinje, Bosnia and Herzegovina, but moved to Germany with his family when he was a child.
- He began his career at TuS Koblenz in 2003, before moving to Portsmouth in 2005.
- He made his debut for Portsmouth in 2007, and went on to make over 100 appearances for the club.
- In 2010, he moved to Stoke City, where he made over 200 appearances.
- In 2015, he joined Chelsea, where he won the Premier League title in 2017.
- In 2019, he moved to Bournemouth, where he made over 50 appearances.
