Onika Tanya Maraj (born December 8, 1982), known professionally as Nicki Minaj, is a Trinidadian-American rapper, singer, songwriter, actress, and television personality. Minaj is known for her alter egos and accents, her direct and often raunchy lyrics, and her colorful costumes and wigs. She is one of the best-selling female rappers of all time, with over 100 million records sold worldwide.
