Beatrice Borromeo is an Italian journalist, model, and socialite. She is the wife of Pierre Casiraghi, the second son of Caroline, Princess of Hanover, and Stefano Casiraghi.

Early life and education:

Beatrice Borromeo was born on August 18, 1985, in Verbania, Italy. She is the daughter of Count Carlo Ferdinando Borromeo Arese Taverna and Countess Paola Marzotto. Borromeo has two sisters, Lavinia and Matilde.

She attended the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, where she studied law. After graduating, she worked as a journalist for the Italian television channel Sky TG24.

Career:

In addition to her work as a journalist, Borromeo has also worked as a model. She has appeared in campaigns for brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, Versace, and Valentino. She has also been featured on the covers of magazines such as Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, and Elle.

In 2015, Borromeo married Pierre Casiraghi, the second son of Caroline, Princess of Hanover, and Stefano Casiraghi. The couple have two children together, Stefano (b. 2017) and Francesco (b. 2018).

Philanthropy:

Borromeo is involved in a number of philanthropic organizations. She is a patron of the Association Monégasque pour la Protection de la Nature (AMPN), which works to protect the environment in Monaco. She is also a member of the board of directors of the Monte Carlo Gala for the Red Cross, which raises funds for the Red Cross in Monaco.
